Pricing:
Massage & Bodywork ~ $130.00 for a session in your home or office. (Sessions typically last 75 minutes and may be longer depending on your situation, please call for more information.)
Coaching ~ $100.00 for a one hour session via telephone.
Physical / Functional Fitness Training ~ $100.00 for a one hour session in your home or office.
Corporate Wellness Consulting / Training ~ $600.00 per day. Customized employee health & wellness solutions are available, please call for more information.
