Massage & Bodywork ~ $130.00 for a session in your home or office.  (Sessions typically last 90 minutes or longer depending on your situation, please call for more information.)

Coaching ~ $85.00 for a one hour session via telephone.

Physical Fitness Training ~ $85.00 for a one hour session in your home or office.
